Ingredient
Ø  Carrot -                     2 no.
Ø  Tomato -                  2no.
Ø  Potato -                    2 no.
Ø  Beans -                     100 gm
Ø  Cabbage -                 100 gm
Ø  Onion  -                    2 no.
Ø  Tarmarind -             small lemon sized
Ø  Chilly powder -       1 table spoon
Ø  Asafoetida -            a pince
Ø  Jaggery -                  few
Ø  Salt -                         to taste
Ø  Curry leaves -          few piece
Ø  Coriander leaves – few piece
Method
v  First cook all the vegetables with onion and tomato.
v  After it get cooked grind into smooth paste.
v  Take a vessel add ground paste, tarmarind paste, chilly powder, asfoetida, jaggery, salt and boil it for few minutes.
v  Finally add coriander leaves, curry leaves.serve it with cooked rice.
