Ingredient

Wheet noodles -             225 gm
Cisam oil -                        1 tea spoon
Refine oil -                       1 tea spoon
Ginger ( pest ) -               half tea spoon
 Garlic ( pest ) -                14 flack
Chilly -                               half tea spoon
Spring onion (slised ) -   3 piece
Soya sauce -                     4 table spoon
Honey -                             2 tea spoon
Pepper ( powder ) -        to taste
Cooked chicken -            175 gm  ( cutting small pieces)
Chicken stock -                1.2 litter
Coriander leaves -          1 table spoon
Method
·         First boil the noodles at lest  4 minutes.
·         Soak the noodles and in a cold water.
·         Heat the pan and pour into cisam oil, refine oil, then all the ingredient ginger, garlic chilly and spring onion, and stir  almost 3 minutes. Then soya sauce, honey and chicken stock gave into it.
·         After boiling  spread  the pepper (powder), and noodle, chicken , coriander leaves pour into the soup.
·         Boil at lest 2 minutes ,cooking are finished. Serve always hot.
