Ingredient
Boil potato - 500 gm
Pees pest - 1 cup
Butter - 150 gm
Green chilly - 2 pieces
Ginger pest - 2 tea spoon
Garlic pest - 2 tea spoon
Tomato ( small cut ) - 1 cup
Chili powder - 1 tea spoon
Pao vaji masala - 1 table spoon
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon
Lemon juice - 1 table spoon
Onion - 1 piece
Pao vaji baan - 4 pieces
Slat - to taste

Boil potato - 500 gm

Mrthod
· Peel the potato and mashed it well, then heat the pan and fry green chilly ,ginger, gerlic with100 gm butter , till golden colour, then pour into onion .
· Now tomato, chilli powder and pao vaji masala mixed in it and stir .
· Boil mashed potato, pees pest, half cup water and 2 table spoon butter mixedin it and stir very well.
· When cooking are finished , garnish with lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve.
· Prepare vadas, fry in oil till they are golden and remove from the oil.
