Bread dlice - 4 piece

Lime juice - half table spoon

Curry leaves - 3 – 4 piece

Method

Cut the bread slices into 4 pieces and keep aside.

Boil the potato and cut into small pieces.
·
Heat half of ghee in a pan add the mustard seeds, asafoida and curry
leaves, saute for 30 – 40 seconds.
·
Add the potato and fry for couple of minutes.
·
Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and butter, stir for a minutes.
·
Add the tomato and fry until tenders.
·
Add the bread slices and mix well, cook for 4 -5 minutes over low flame.
·
Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve.
