Ingredient
Bread dlice -                                4 piece
Potato -                                        1piece
Tomato (chopped ) -                  1piece
Mustard seeds -                           half table spoon
Lime juice -                                   half table spoon
Butter -                                          ¼ table spoon
Curry leaves -                               3 – 4 piece
Ghee -                                            1 table spoon
Coriander leaves ( chopped ) -  ¼ table spoon
Asafoetida -                                   a pince
Salt -                                                to taste
Pepper -                                         to taste
Method
·         Cut the bread slices into 4 pieces and keep aside.
·         Boil the potato and cut into small pieces.
·         Heat half of ghee in a pan add the mustard seeds, asafoida and curry leaves, saute for 30 – 40  seconds.
·         Add the potato and fry for couple of minutes.
·         Add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and butter, stir for a minutes.
·         Add the tomato and fry until tenders.
·         Add the bread slices and mix well, cook for 4 -5 minutes over low flame.
·         Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve.
