Ingredient (4 pack)
Semaiya - 1 packet
Sugar - 200gm
Casunut - 100gm
Kismis - 100gm
Milk - 1 liter
Ghee - 100gm
Alaichi powder - 10gm
Bey leaf - 4 no.
Kesar - 1 pince
Method
· Heat the pan, and put the Semaiya.
· Sauted for a few minutes add ghee mix well and cooked till it is slightly brown.
· Add milk mix well add a pince of salt and sugar mix nicely cook until done and the Semaiya is thick or semi thick remove from fire pull it. Serve on individual serving dish. Decorate with cassunut, Kismis, a pince of kesar.
