Ingredient (4 pack )
Raita - 300 gm
Cucumber - 1 piece ( large )
Curd - 300 gm
Red chilly - ¼ tea spoon
Cumin powder - ½ tea spoon
Coriander powder - ½ tea spoon
Salt - to taste
Method
- Peel and de sheets cucumber, cut into small cubes.
- Beat well curd add seasonings and dry spices.
- Dressed season curd with cucumber, serve cold.
