Tomato - 400gm

Method
·
Clean and cut tomatos, chopped onion, carrot and celary.
·
Cover with stock or water add seasonings and coocked till all vegetable
are tender.
·
Make a peure all vegetables
·
Heat butter in a deep bottom pan sattey garlic and onion until gets
brown colour.
·
Add flour in it sattey for a minute then add peure and stock and alow to
boiled it.
Adjust seasonings serve hot
