Ingredient
*      Patol -                         4 piece
*      Channa -                     200 gm
*      Pototo ( boil ) -          1 piece
*      Tentul chutni -           50 gm
*      Corriender leaves -   20 mg
*      Coconut  (pest ) -       100 gm
*      Green chilli -               30 gm
*      Turmeric powder -     1 tea spoon
*      Musterd oil -               50 gm
*      Musterd ( pest ) -       2 tea spoon
*      Banana leaves -          2 – 3 piece
*      Salt -                             to taste
*      Sugar -                          to taste
Method
*      First peel the patol and cut long into 2 pieces. Then cline the patol iner site, and merinet in the turmeric and salt.
*      Now channa, boil potato, corriender leaves, half of green chilli, half of tentul chatni, half of musterd pest, salt and sugar all the ingredients are mixed well.
*      Then fry the patol, and keep into the refregareter atlest 30 minutes. Now coconut pest, other half of green chilli, half of tentul chatni, musterd pest, salt and sugar mixed it .
*      Now pour the mixed ingredients iner site of patol and mix coconut pest spreed upper site, the cover with banana leaves keep a site almost 5 minutes.
*      After 5 minutes If you want greel the patol paturi , serve it.
