Ingredient (4 pack )
Paneer - 500 gm
Spinach ( Palak ) - 300 gm
Chopped garlic - 10 gm
Chopped ginger - 5 gm
Red chilly powder - 5 gm
Whole cumin - ½ tea spoon ( for tempering )
Fat / butter - 20 ml
Salt - to taste
Cream - 30 ml
Method
- Cut Paneer into cube shape then soak it in a water. Heat fat in a frying pan temper with a whole cumin add chopped garlic and ginger stir it until gets light brown in colour.
- Blanch spinach and make pest in this cook it for few minutes.
- Add Paneer in it adjust seasoning and all dried powdered masala.
- Finish with a cream, serve hot with Tendury roti, nan paratha etc.
