Ingredient
Javvarisi (sago ) -         100 gm
Rice flour -                    50 gm
Coconut (grated ) -     2 spoon
Green chilli -                2 piece
Salt -                              half spoon
Curd -                            1 cup
Oil -                                as needed
Method
·         Mix javvarisi (sago ), rice flour with curd and mash well.
·         Add grated coconut, green chilli and salt.
·         If it is very thick add little water.
·         Heat oil in a frying pan.
·         Prepare vadas, fry in oil till they are golden and remove from the oil.
