Ingredient
Tomato -                                150gm
Cabbage -                              125gm
Onion -                                   100gm
Carrots -                                 125gm
Turnip -                                  40gm
Leekes -                                  40gm
Celary -                                   20gm
Parsley -                                 1 spring
Macaroni -                             60gm
Cheese -                                 40gm
Garlic -                                   1 flake
Salt / peper -                         to taste
Stock -                                    1 liter
Olive oil -                                20 ml
Method
·         Wash and dice into small pieces all the vegetable.
·         Blanch tomato,mince onion, garlic and chopped parsley.
·         Half oil frie or  sattey onion, garlic, parsley, carrot , turnip.
·         Add leekes,salt/peper blanced tomato cabbage and celary add stock.
·         Bring to boiling point and macaroni.
·         Simmer over slow fire till vegetables and macaroni are cooked, served hot with greated cheese.
