Ingredient
Bread - 4 pieces
Milk - 1 litter
Sugar - 30 gm
Saffron - 2 strings
Rose water - few drop
Mawa - 30 gm
Ghee for deep fry - 50 ml
Caju, pista, cherry - for garnishing
Method
- Cut bread into two pieces and deep frying make it crest.
- Boil milk reduce it add sugar in it make a rabri add few drop of rose water and saffron in it.
- Arranged the fried bread on a plate spread the condense milk in it.
- Serve hot or cold for garnish Caju, pista.
