Ingredient

Bread -                                    4 pieces
Milk -                                      1 litter
Sugar -                                    30 gm
Saffron -                                 2 strings
Rose water -                           few drop
Mawa -                                   30 gm
Ghee for deep fry -                50 ml
Caju, pista, cherry -               for garnishing
Method

  • Cut bread into two pieces and deep frying make it crest.
  • Boil milk reduce it add sugar in it make a rabri add few drop of rose water and saffron in it.
  • Arranged the fried bread on a plate spread the condense milk in it.
  • Serve hot or cold for garnish Caju, pista.
