Ingredient
Egg -                                   2piece
Oil  /butter -                     half table spoon
Chopped onion -             1 table spoon
Chopped green chilly -   1 table spoon
Chopped tomato -          1 table spoon
Chopped coriander -      half table spoon
Method
·         Breakthe eggs into a bowl seasoned with peper with salt and add all chopped vegetable.
·         Heat the omelet pan wipe thoroughly with a clean cloth. Add the fat and oil.
·         When fat melts add eggs mixture, moving the mixture continusly with a spatula until lightly sell, remove from heat.
·         Half f;od with mixture over a white.
·         Gently leaft out and cook it the other sidely and serve in the center of flate silver dish.
N.B – all the omelet need to fold purposely as it is look batter.
