Ingredient
*      4 piece -              Ilish mach
*      Half -                    Kachamethe mango
*      4 -5 piece  -        kacha lanka
*      1 table spoon -  halud
*      Few -                   mauri
*      To taste -            salt
*      As required -     oil
*   ½ tea spoon -   kacha lanka bata
Method
*      Kacha methe mango pariman moto choto choto jiri jiri kore kete nin. Tarpor korite samannya oil din, halka ache oil er modhya mouri , or kacha lanka die, tate ( jall ) water dhalun.
*      ( jall ) water garam hole kacha methe mangor tukro gulo ete din.tarpor halud mixed kore 8 – 10 minutes photan ( cooked ).
*      Ebar macher tukro gulo die, tar sathe kacha lanka bata din. Kichuta jhol ( gravey) macher upor chorie (spreed ) kore kichukhon  (cooked) karun.
